History: Raina was born as the first child to a Hydreigon father and Milotic mother in Virbank City. Before she was born her mother remarried to a Hydreigon after her first husband, who was a Serperior, after he passed away. Growing up she spent a lot of time with her older step-brother, currently a Hydreigon, and her half-brother, currently a Serperior. She was the only girl in a family of male siblings with her younger two being two Deinos.

For most of her life when her brother's weren't there she spent time with her mother. The two did everything together and one day she was taken to her Mothers dance class to watch the lesson when she was only 5. After seeing the entire lesson she was amazed and wanted to do that as well so she was enrolled for lessons and started to learn how to dance like her mother. She continued to go to this studio and learn how to dance until one winter day in December.

When Raina was 13 she had to take a break from her class because she slipped on ice and sprained her ankle. After receiving the injury she had to sit out for a few weeks and a bit longer due to physical therapy. Once she was fully healed she didn't go back immediately because she was afraid it would happen again so she stood out again for another month. When Raina turned 14 she went back to her studio and was surprised to see that they had a little welcome back party for her. One of the presents she got was a Prism Scale from her instructor and the necklace she is seen wearing from all her friends at the studio.

After she touched the Prism Scale from her instructor something odd happened. That odd thing that happened was her evolution. Once she evolved she was very excited about her new beauty. Due to her evolution this made her turn a bit vain since she was now gorgeous. After her recital she took another small hiatus in hopes of getting into a dance crew. She made it in but the crew was disbanded when she was 18. Once this happened she began looking for places she could put her dancing skills to work. She managed to find a job as an assistant instructor at studio in Nimbasa. One day when she was working she overheard a couple of students talking about some school which had a great arts department. Once hearing this she decided she would go so she started to save up her money to go there and went off when she had enough at age 21. The school she went to was the one and only PokeInstitute.

Personality:
    Relating to her nature, characteristic and species she is sassy and refuses to take anything from anyone as well as being very image focused. She is very self centered and likes everyone in the room to see her as the center of attention. She also doesn't take anything from anyone and will stand her ground and fight back if somebody does give her something she doesn't like. She also is flirtatious and will tease other just for the hell of it. She is quite energetic and likes to be involved with other people. Despite the "bitchy" and flirty attitude she is a social girl with good intentions who wants to make friends and have a good time with people.
